Min Min Htet

With six years of dedicated experience, Min Min Htet has been continuously working to provide free and qualified education for local students who are facing financial problems in Myanmar. Apart from this, she is currently taking a role as a language educator who loves to support and empower women and girls and a founder of Zay Ya Tu free education foundation and international language center. Before that, she has mentored students aspiring to apply for international exchange programs at the National University of Myanmar.
Prior to working as an freelance educator, she performed as a student researcher in the field of Women’s Empowerment for Spring Revolution of Myanmar under the Centre for Research, Policy and Innovation (CRPI). She has participated in four international exchange programs at Hiroshima University in Japan, Portland State University in the United State of America, Chulalongkorn University in Thailand and University of Indonesia in Indonesia. Notably, she has won the “Digital Inclusion” project at Young ASEAN Leaders Policy Initiative Program in Thailand. Furthermore, she has been an awardee of POSCO Asia Fellowship due to her high achievement in her academic studies. She holds a bachelor's degree of honor in anthropology from the University of Yangon, Myanmar. As a language educator, she is certified in Cambridge TKT and currently pursuing a Level 7 diploma in TESOL (LTTC).
Aung Khant Ko

Aung Khant Ko is an enthusiastic robotics and AI enthusiast who is passionate about using technology to solve problems in the industrial sector. Aung has a broad educational background that includes West Virginia University, the University of the People, and King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang. He has specialized in studying 3D modeling, artificial intelligence for industries, and programming languages including Python, Java, and C++.
Aung’s experiences include his dedication to encouraging STEM interest in young learners by coaching students to success in hackathons and facilitating the development of STEAM curricula as a Computer Science Teacher and has started his educational startup, The Whales Education, to teach coding to students from the age of 12 to 18 years old. Among Aung's accomplishments are the completion of esteemed programs such as the U.S. Department of State's Global UGRAD program, United People Global, and Harvard University's Aspire Leaders Program.
Okka Phyo Maung

Okka Phyo Maung is a seasoned environmental and sustainability engineer and the Co-Founder and CFO/CMO of RecyGlo, a Series A stage sustainability tech company operating in the Asia Pacific region. With over a decade of experience in renewable infrastructure development and global financial sectors, Okka has pioneered sustainable waste management solutions. His work spans multiple countries, including the United States, Belgium, Norway, Japan, South Korea, Myanmar, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Thailand.
Under his leadership, RecyGlo has become a leading provider of circular economy solutions, known for its innovative recycling and waste management approaches. The company leverages technology to transform waste into valuable resources, significantly reducing environmental footprints across the region. Okka's strategic vision has guided RecyGlo through substantial growth phases, including its Series A funding round, enabling expansion and scaling of its impact.
An advocate for sustainable development, Okka is recognized as a thought leader in the field, frequently speaking at conferences and contributing to educational initiatives focused on sustainability. His efforts have earned him numerous accolades, including the CCI France Positive Impact Award, PMI (Project Management Institute) most influential award, Energy Globe, Rice Bowl Startup Award, and recognition as a Forbes 30 Under 30 entrepreneur and The Straits Times entrepreneur. Aung Kyaw Moe

Aung Kyaw Moe, graduated from the Liberal Arts Program (LAP) at the Myanmar Institute of Theology (MIT), specializing in business studies and earned an additional specialization in English from Taunggyi University. Complementing his academic achievements, he holds diplomas in business law, business management, and financial accounting. Aung Kyaw Moe further expanded his expertise through a short-term training program in social enterprise at Payap University, Thailand.
Aung previously worked as an English Language Instructor at the Inle Heritage Hospitality and Vocational Training Center (IHHVTC). Currently based in Taunggyi, Shan State, Aung works as the Administrator of Cherry Myay Academy, a community-based institution, offering a two-year intensive training programs for students from diverse backgrounds, regions, and states of Myanmar.
He participated in the YSEALI Regional Workshop in Hanoi, Vietnam in 2017. A recipient of the Global Undergraduate Exchange Program (UGRAD) scholarship, Aung studied at California State University, Monterey Bay. Aung Kyaw Moe’s passion lies in working with youth from diverse socio-economic backgrounds, particularly those seeking to broaden their educational networks.

Lwin Kyawt Kyawt San (aka) Kyawt is a dynamic professional with nearly a decade of experience in the entertainment industry. Prior to her role at Reddy Global Music, Kyawt has been working as a manager for iconic diva, very well-known popular pop singer of Myanmar where she cultivated a reputation for excellence and professionalism. Her journey is marked by a relentless pursuit of excellence, fueled by her passion for driving change and fostering growth in the industry.
With a solid educational background in business management and advanced studies in financial economics, Kyawt possesses a strong foundation in both theoretical knowledge and practical application. Her academic prowess, combined with her extensive industry experience, equips her with a unique perspective and skill set that drives innovation and success in the fast-paced world of music industry. Throughout her career, Kyawt has demonstrated a passion for driving positive change and fostering growth in the entertainment sector.

Pyae Thukha

Pyae Thukha (@Harry) is an energetic young leader who is dedicated to education, teaching, and community empowerment. In March 2016, he founded an organization named “TOP Education Centre” which offers quality-focused English classes and free youth empowerment workshops.
His organization has made a significant milestone so far by empowering over 4000 youths across the nation in terms of improving English language proficiency and achieving academic goals. Profoundly, he has been passionately working as an educator to help the youths achieve their goals.
As an exchange scholar of the Global UGRAD program, he studied Education and Teaching courses at the University of Southern Indiana for the Spring semester in 2023. He had the opportunity to hone his teaching and soft skills as an educator by becoming actively involved in classroom discussions and activities. Since the completion of the UGRAD program, he has successfully implemented six in-person community projects and over 20 online workshops focusing on academic skills, scholarship educational opportunities, leadership, and youth development. Those projects had a huge impact on over 1500 diverse youths from different backgrounds. What he passionately contributed to his community has confirmed his strong ability in leadership and managing educational projects.
